2017年9月27日下午,劳士领汽车配件(沈阳)有限公司在工厂内部举办“盛启劳士领时代”盛大开业仪式。活动当日,沈阳市铁西区领导、宝马中国的代表、德国驻沈阳领事馆领事、知名汽车杂志主编等200余位贵宾出席了“盛启劳士领时代”开业盛典。劳士领汽车亚洲区执行副总裁 Mr.Gerhard Neidinger接受了采访。

1。 Could you please introduce Roechling group briefly?
你能简要介绍一下Roechling集团吗?
With sales of € 1.7 billion and over 9,000 employees at 80 locations in 22 countries, the global Röchling Group stands for competence in plastics。 We leverage the unique innovation potential of this material – from simple products right through to complex systems。 The Automotive division designs and engineers components and system solutions in the fields of aerodynamics, powertrain and new mobility。 As part of our customer-oriented and global development approach, we focus on the current challenges facing the automotive industry, including reducing emissions, weight and fuel consumption。

2.How many years has Roechling Automotive been operating in China?

In 2000 Röchling established the first plant with a cooperation partner in China。

3.How many plants has Roechling Automotive established in China?

In 2007 Röchling Automotive established the first own plant in Changchun and second plant in Suzhou。
In 2012 followed by the establishment of Röchling Automotive Chengdu as the third manufacturing plant。
In the year 2014 the company‘s chinese headquarters and R&D department relocated from the Suzhou plant to the new Kunshan plant which is actually the biggest plant of Röchling Automotive in China。
With the opening of Shenyang plant with 15.581m², Röchling Automotive operates now 5 manufacturing facilities in total。 #
However, the construction work on another new manufacturing plant in Chongqing has started in 2017。
2007年,劳士领汽车在长春设立了第一家工厂,并在苏州建立了第二家工厂。
2012年,劳士领汽车配件(成都)成为第三家工厂。
2014年,公司的中国总部和研发部门从苏州工厂迁往昆山新工厂,这是Rochling汽车中国最大的工厂
沈阳工厂的面积为15.581平方米,随着沈阳工厂的投产,劳士领汽车在中国共有5家工厂。
另外,重庆新工厂的建设工作已于2017年开始。
4。 What are the main customers of Roechling Automotive China?
劳士领汽车中国的主要客户是谁?
The customer base includes a large variety of chinese carmakers, we sell our systems and components to BAIC, Chery, Dongfeng, FAW, GAC, Geely, GreatWall and Saic,JMC, NextEV
Several European, American and Japanese OEMs, among them the VW Audi, Skoda, BMW, Daimler, Volvo, Ford, GM, FCA, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Nissan also belong to our customer portfolio。
And some new orders are coming in from new, privately owned chinese players, in particular electrical vechal
我们的客户基础包括许多中国汽车制造商,我们向北汽、奇瑞、东风、一汽、广汽、吉利、长城和上海汽车,江铃、蔚来汽车,销售我们的产品。

5。 What’s the Roechling Automotive’s strategy of selecting current Shenyang plant location?

The continuous development of our business with customers, located in the North of China, made it necessary to enlarge our production space。
As this was not easy in Changchun, the decision was taken to open a new facility, as close as possible to carmakers in the area of Shenyang。
随着中国北方客户业务的持续发展,使我们有必要扩大这个区域的生产规模。
因为长春工厂的产能有限,所以决定在沈阳开设一家新工厂,尽可能接近沈阳的汽车制造商。
6。 What are the main customers of Roechling Automotive Shenyang plant?

In the first step we started with BMW, but we have plans to expand the production with other OEMs products in the future。

7。 What are the expansion plans of Roechling Automotive in China?

As mentioned above, our focus is to get our Chongqing plant started by early 2018。 In general, we see the trends towards highly efficient SUVs, as well as to ultra low emission vehicles
as a chance to further improve our footprint by introducing new products and technologies to the chinese market。

In the field of aerodynamics we can supply a wide range of solutions, starting from Active Grille Shutters (AGS) and including complete underbody systems (UBS)。 Our advantage is our know how in aerodynamics and in the processing of plastic materials in a very high quality。

9.What’s the technical development investment status of Roechling Automotive in China?

We are adding quite a lot of new Chinese personnel to our team that can act in front of the customer。 This requires a lot of training of people on the new technologies, as well as the special features of the new products。 We started 7 years ago with the implementation of a development center in our Headquarter Kunshan, which is quite successful。 We use regular product days and we have also a special kind of school for this。 Investing in new technical developments normally goes in parallel with the introduction of new products。 And as with the globalisation of the car industry happening, a lot of vehicles are being produced in several regions of the world。 Therefore this usually happens at the same time everywhere。

10。 What’s the mission and vision of Roechling automotive in China?

Röchling Automotive helps to grow their Chinese customers by boosting the efficiency of vehicles, based on its unique competence in efficiency solutions based on plastics。
The regional share of our European business is comparably high so it‘s our clear goal to head for a more balanced sales portfolio, of course without neglecting our existing customers base。
This can only be achieved by offering an extraordinary support to our existing Chinese customers and yes, we still want to convince a few more Chinese customers of the benefits working together with Röchling Automotive in the future。
